KHALDI Nacera is a class A lecturer and teacher in the civil and hydraulic engineering department and member of the team: materials of the civil and hydraulic engineering laboratory, University of May 08, 1945 Guelma, Algeria. She obtained her civil engineering degree from the University of Guelma; the doctorate in science from the University of Skikda. She is responsible for the Public Works License course. His research interests include materials, waste recycling, durability and NDT of concrete and reinforced concrete structures.
