Mokdad Remadnia was born in 1980. He received the Doctorate and the PhD "Habilitation Universitaire" degrees in electrical engineering from the University 8 May 1945 - Guelma, Algeria, in 2012 and 2018, respectively. Currently, he is a senior lecturer in the department of electrical and automatic engineering, University of Guelma. He has published several scientific papers in international and national journals, as well as in conference proceedings. His research interests include the surface potential decay, high-voltage engineering and electrostatics applications.
