Biography and positions :

Miloud KACHI is a professor (full) in the Electrotechnical and Automatic Department at the University of Guelma. He earned the doctorate degree and the "habilitation universitaire" from the same university. He is the leader of the dielectric materials research team at the Electrical Engineering Laboratory (LGEG). His research includes the study of electrostatic phenomena and various related applications.
